When I tried to use your software on site with a laptop equipped only with a touch pad, I couldn't zoom out.
One very good and intuitive approach would be to allow window zooming (=user drags a rectangle and after release software zooms to that area). It would be more accurate anyway. LeCroy uses this approach at least in WaveSurfer series, works fine with the touch interface. Of course this might be in conflict with current panning functionality, which should be overcome some way (such as using a modifier key or different mouse button).
Similar suggestion for using the Sale Logic on a Surface 4 Pro with a touch-screen only interface.
Yes - Please, pretty please! My tablet, which would be nice for analyzing in the field (or the garage workbench), only has one USB port: So either it's zoom and a mouse - or the logic. No practical workarounds for this as far as I can see.
