Support multiple monitors with their taskbars in different locations

Guess this is more of a bug but on windows, if multiple monitors are set up with the taskbar in different locations, when the interface is maximised, the screen sizes itself as if it was on the main monitor and ends up hiding behind the taskbar with a gap on the other side. Look at the screenshot for a better idea

Also if the second monitor doesn't have the taskbar it leaves a gap and forces the whole window down. This is very annoying when you have the taskbar set to the top as it cuts off the tabs at the bottom on the second monitor. It also doesn't follow the windows snaps so that you can just drag it to the top of the screen and have it be maximized or at least snap to the top. It's weird that this is the only program I use that does that. Even the worst/oldest looking program I have on my machine at least snaps/docks to the top of the monitor.
