Add a clock-less Simple Bus decoder

Right now, the Simple Bus decoder requires a clock. If I have an 8-bit bus, and I can write all bits at once, it can be used as a simple debug output w/o a clock as long as I manage my transitions right. How about making the Simple Bus decoder have an option for "any transition is a new bus value" or "if lines are stable for > Xns, decode new value"?

    I suggested exactly this to Saleae in 2013! Their response at the time:

    "Parallel bus analyzer/display (without clock)
    I completely agree that this is a feature we should have. We want to modify the display to support this feature, by collapsing channels into a single bus display. Serious UI changes like this take us a while, which is why we released the parallel analyzer as a stop gap measure."

    I understand that there is a technical issue about how to handle the skew between different members of the bus, but it must be possible to add some simple filtering options to handle this.

    One of the most basic features that needs to be added. Able to group / bus signals. Whenever any one of the siganls in the group changes the bus gets updated. The bus should be able to be displayed in binary, hex or decimal. Just make it simple, select the signals you want to group, right click and say Group. Then you give it a name and that group is displayed (along with the grouped signals). The data is presented in the format you select. Then that group could be used in a say a trigger. If Data_Group = "FE" or somethign like that. Allow for up to 16 groups?
